Not only do we get to see the best golfers in the world compete for the green jacket, but Tiger Woods makes his professional return. In a stunning turn of events, the five-time Masters winner could be on contention on Monday.
There is excellent value with bookmakers, so we look at the best picks for the 2022 Masters.

2022 Masters Best Bet – Justin Thomas
Justin Thomas is on the second line of betting at $13, which is a fair price for the talented American.
He has been putting himself in contention this season but he hasn’t been able to play four good rounds, especially on the weekend. However, we’re not overlooking his ability and his past performance at Augusta.
The PGA Championship winner has been preparing for a big performance for weeks, so he could produce his best when it counts.
Thomas is always a popular pick with the sportsbook for the Masters and this year is no different. We’re confident he can play well from Friday to Monday and give punters excellent value.
Bet: Justin Thomas @ $13

2022 Masters Best Value – Jordan Spieth @ $19
We understand why there is some trepidation with Jordan Spieth, but the American has an exceptional record at the Masters.
The past champion doesn’t know how to play poorly at Augusta National and we can’t see his record being tainted this week.
Despite not playing his best golf leading into the tournament, we’re picking him to make another deep run. He tends to play well at the same tournaments every year and he’s a confident golfer, so he should be looking forward to teeing it up.
He was into $15 at one stage with bookmakers, but some suspect recent form has seen his odds drift to $19. There is nothing wrong with that price and it represents value.
Look for Spieth to start strongly and be in the thick of the finish on the weekend.
Bet: Jordan Speith @ $19

2022 Masters Long Shot – Shane Lowry @ $36
Money is starting to trickle in for Shane Lowry and we’re not surprised as the Irishman is classy at best.
He is a major winner and that takes some class, so he can’t be overlooked and he has been playing solid golf this season.
Lowry didn’t start his Masters career with good results, but he has posted improved results in 2020 and 2021, so he’d trending in the right direction.
He opened at $41 and has firmed into $36, so that’s a solid betting move and he has every chance to don the green jacket.
Bet: Shane Lowry @ $36

Masters Leader After Round 1 – Tyrrell Hatton
Tyrrell Hatton is a player who can get off to a good start and the feisty Englishman is our pick to lead after the first round.
He comes off a T21 performance at the Valspar Championship, so he’s playing well and he finished T13 at The Players, which was another top-level performance.
We’re prepared to take the value available with Hatton.
Bet: Tyrrell Hatton @ $51

2022 Masters Top 10 Betting Predictions
There is always plenty of value available in Masters Top 10 betting markets and this year is no different.
We expect Jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson to play well, alongside our other top picks for the tournament.
Rahm has recently lost his top ranking and he’ll be keen to get it back with a good performance this week. The Spaniard has been focusing on home life a little bit more than golf, but he’ll be ready to fire and push for a win.
Our other pick is Dustin Johnson, who won the 2020 Masters before having to defend his title just five months later. He missed the cut last year, but he has been coming into some form.
Rahm is a $2.10 chance and Johnson is $2.37, so punters can back both golfers and get a good run for their money.
Bet: Rahm @ $2.10 and Johnson @ $2.37

2022Masters Top Australian Player – Cameron Smith
Australia’s own Cameron Smith has been one of the best-backed players to win the green jacket.
He is playing exceptional golf after winning The Players in dramatic fashion, so there’s no reason why he can’t win the Masters.
We fancy his chances to win Best Australia at $2. It’s a short price, but he only needs to beat the likes of Adam Scott and Marc Leishman, who aren’t in the form of their lives.
Take Smith, who has the mental attitude to make his mark at Augusta.
Bet: Cameron Smith @ $2
