Venue: Circuit of the Americas, USA.
With Max Verstappen having wrapped up his 3rd consecutive F1 World Driver’s Championship in style last time out in Qatar, his victory lap moves onto Texas for the American Grand Prix.
With races now taking place in Las Vegas and Miami in America, the growth of the sport in the country has been exponential and the popularity of F1 continues to burgeon in the United States.
Whether Verstappen will be at the top of his game remains to be seen, with a title in the bag but it should be another fascinating contest at the Circuit of the Americas.

Formula 1 US Grand Prix Predictions

F1 US Grand Prix Race Winner
In race nineteen of the 2023 Formula One season, all of the biggest names on the grid will be battling for supremacy here in Texas:
Max Verstappen – $1.28
Very few drivers in the history of Formula 1 have been able to win three consecutive World Driver’s Championships but Max Verstappen now has that accolade on his record.
The Dutchman has just been too good for the chasing pack this season, grappling with his lightening quick Red Bull car and steering it to yet another triumph.
This race in Texas is an odd one, with Verstappen essentially in holiday mode already but he has an insatiable appetite for winning races.
Lando Norris – $12
The career trajectory of Lando Norris has been continuing to rise this season and he now looks to have a team in McLaren that are ready to match his ambition.
Doubters will point to the lack of race win in his career as the only question mark surrounding Norris, but the young Brit has plenty of potential and he is getting the very best out of his McLaren car.
If Verstappen was to proverbially be on the beach, Norris could sweep in here.
Oscar Piastri – $13
Young Australian Oscar Piastri picked up an impressive sprint race win in Qatar last weekend and is really starting to make a name for himself at the top table of Formula 1.
Accompanying Norris at McLaren looks to be the ideal combination for a team that clearly have big ambitions for 2024 and beyond.
This is another track that should suit Piastri and he will drive without fear in pursuit of the big boys here.
Sergio Perez – $21
The form of Sergio Perez has fluctuated this season for Red Bull, but he has been the perfect foil for the all-conquering Max Verstappen as yet this term.
Perez will be eager to put in a performance for his legion of fans that are sure to cross over the border from Mexico and whilst race wins have been few and far between this term, he has looked in decent nick in recent weeks and could sneak under the radar here.

F1 US Grand Prix Top Six Finish
Race 19 of the season here in America presents an opportunity for every driver to keep putting points on the board:
George Russell – $1.36
It has been a mixed bag too for George Russell, who has been picking up podiums and top 6 finishes, without really troubling the scorers.
Mercedes are clearly building for 2024, with Russell sure to be a huge part of their operation and the young Englishman could go pretty well here in Texas.
Charles Leclerc – $1.57
The form of Charles Leclerc at Ferrari has also been a huge talking point for Formula 1 fans, with the man from Monaco not kicking on as many would have expected this year.
There is a long term project in place at Ferrari, which Leclerc is very much part of and picking up a top 6 finish here in America, would represent a welcome return.
Carlos Sainz – $1.62
A Singapore Grand Prix triumph last month represents the biggest moment of Carlos Sainz’s tenure at Ferrari and how he would love to keep putting points in the bag for his side.
Ferrari clearly entrust Sainz, a driver that has shown a real sense of resilience of late and if he gets a clear drive, a top 6 finish is well within his reach in Texas.
