About Bet365

The biggest and most successful online bookmaker globally is bet365, in my opinion. They have so many markets on offer and it’s a great introduction to the sportsbook in the US online betting market.

Bet365 was founded in 2000 and employs over 4300 people according to their website. With over 45 million customers, bet365 are clearly doing something right.

At first glance, bet365 is the “busiest” online bookmaker I’ve come across and I’m excited when I visit.

Bet365 Website Design

There’s nothing overwhelmingly special about the bet365 website design but I do enjoy the images and various promotions advertised throughout the sportsbook.

With so many different sections to the bet365 online betting site, it’s easy to get lost but the advertising puts you in the right direction.

The green and grey website colour scheme on bet365 suits it well and as previously mentioned, I enjoy having pictures of horses or sport players associated with the game. That makes me feel as though they care more about punters than some other bookmakers.

The bet365 home page is packed full of information, including latest markets, live betting and all the sports are listed down the left-hand side of the page.

That keeps in line with most other online sportsbooks and I believe it’s the easiest way of finding where I want to go.

Across the top banner are the likes of sports, in-play, my bets and casino. That makes it easy to know where to find your desired location.

Bet365 Sportsbook

What can I say about bet365’s sports betting platform? It’s packed with every sport and every betting option a US punter could think of – including NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC and much more.

I love the live stream service and as long as I have money in my account, I can watch a wide range of sporting events. These include tennis, basketball, baseball and many others.

As I’ve said before, live streaming sport online can be an annoyance, so the fact bet365 does it for free and without ads is incredible.

In terms of betting options and odds, bet365 is right there with the very best in the industry. I was able to cash out my bet at any time during the game and that’s always handy when you’re sitting on the edge of your seat.

BetMGM horse racing

If you’re a regular horse racing punter, bet365 offer some nice betting odds and I usually find them to have the best price of all of the bookmakers.

The horse racing section is about as complete as you’ll find. It’s my go-to bookmaker for finding not only upcoming markets, but more so the futures markets. There seems to be no major race they don’t cover and they are one of the first bookmakers to show odds.

Bet365’s horse racing section is definitely, in my opinion, their best asset. The rest of the website is terrific but bet365 goes above and beyond.

I enjoyed the live stream for American racing and that’s a good thing to have as watching racing from the states can be tough.

Bet365 Customer Service

Bet365 is seemingly big on customer service and my experience with them has been positive.

I had a dispute with one of my bets and instead of bet365 acting hostile towards me, they carefully explained what happened and they even paid me out, even though I was in the wrong.

That’s quality customer service in my opinion and with live chat, email, telephone and social media all good avenues for making contact, bet365 has everything covered in the customer service department.

Bet365 Mobile Betting App

In my experience with mobile betting apps, bet365’s is clearly one of the best. It offers everything I need and I can even live stream sport and racing on my mobile.

It’s available for iPhone and Android users and I couldn’t be more impressed with it. All you need to do is head to their website and follow the instructions on how to download the bet365 app.

It’s a quick and easy process, which is made better by having a quality app with all the functions of the main website. Betting on the run is important, so having an app is a must for bookmakers and bet365 more than meets the requirements.

Even if you don’t have the app, their mobile version of the website is impressive and a lot quicker than other mobile betting sites.

Bet365 Payment & Withdrawal Methods

Punters can a deposit at bet365 via a number of the usual methods, but this can change so it’s best to check out what is available on the bet365 website at the current moment.

Withdrawing times are impressive and sometimes money can come within 24 hours, even for international customers.
