We have betting tips for the NBA Conference Finals Game 1’s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Eastern Conference is between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat and the Western Conference Final is between the Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors.
We have our best bets for the opening games of both series.

Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat @ FTX Arena
The Boston Celtics roared into the Eastern Conference Finals with a Game 7 win over the Milwaukee Bucks and their confidence levels are sky high.
There is always an argument about teams coming in off a tough game as opposed to teams coming in with rest. Miami has been sitting on their hands waiting for the Celtics and we don’t think that’s the best preparation.
The Heat have had longer to prepare for their opposition, but they might come out a bit flat. The Celtics should be fired up and ready to go, which is why they’re being respected with bookmakers.
They are $2.05 underdogs to win Game 1, but they’re favourites to win the series. Therefore, bookies expect the Celtics to win at least one game in Miami and it could be on Wednesday.
However, the Heat are tough to beat at home and they finished the regular season with a 29-12 record at FTX Arena. Beating the likes of Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro with home court advantage will test the Celtics, but they match up well.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown match up well as scoring options and Marcus Smart is one of the best defenders in the NBA, so the core is there. Boston doesn’t have a quality big man like the Heat as with Bam Adebayo, which is our only worry.
We think the Celtics win the series and take the opening game. We can’t turn down the $2.05 available and that line could firm to around $1.90 on game day.

Dallas Mavericks vs Golden State Warriors @ Chase Centre
The Dallas Mavericks caused a big upset when beating the Phoenix Suns on Monday and when Luka Doncic is on the court, anything is possible.
They now have the tough task of playing the Golden State Warriors, who are well-rested and ready to show their NBA title credentials.
Golden State has been one of the more consistent teams throughout the year, which can’t be said for the Mavericks. The Warriors were always destined to make the Western Conference Finals and having the likes of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green helps.
Beating those three superstars will be tough for the Mavericks, who typically rely on a big performance from Doncic. They will need more of a team effort, but they’re not without a chance.
Bookmakers have the Warriors at $1.44 in match betting markets and –5.5 in points spread markets. We thought the Warriors would be around $1.30, but the sportsbook is giving the Mavericks win over Phoenix plenty of respect.
We respect the Mavericks but the Warriors should have too much class at home. It should be a competitive series and the Mavericks might win a couple of games, but the opening contest could be a blowout.
Take the Warriors –5.5 with confidence.
Bet: Golden State Warriors –5.5 @ $1.90
