With champions Manchester City off the pace and out at the FIFA Club World Cup, there is a serious chance for some of the other Premier League sides to stake their claim.

Arsenal, Liverpool, and Aston Villa all look well placed to make a title bid, whilst Tottenham are firmly in the mix too.

At the bottom of the pile, Nottingham Forest have made their move, sacking Steve Cooper, whilst Sheffield United, Luton Town and Burnley all continue to plug away.

Here are our EPL tips for the next round of fixtures in the Premier League this season:

EPL Week 18 Predictions

Crystal Palace vs Brighton – Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace ($3.50)

Brighton ($2.20)

Draw ($3.65)

Two old foes kick off the programme, as Crystal Palace host Brighton at Selhurst Park. Palace proved to be a pain in the side for Manchester City again last weekend, picking up an unlikely draw and they will want to take confidence from that here. Brighton meanwhile are a side that are lacking their usual consistency, and they will want to put in a decent performance here. This should be a very good game, with Brighton potentially having too much quality in key areas.

Betting tip: Brighton to win the match ($2.20)

Brighton to win 2-1

Aston Villa vs Sheffield United – Villa Park

Aston Villa ($1.23)

Sheffield United ($15)

Draw ($7.50)

Title chasing Aston Villa will be looking to put down their latest marker as they take on Sheffield United. The Villains have been hugely impressive this term, particularly at home and they will be the firm favourites in this one against the Blades. Chris Wilder has certainly had an impact at Sheffield United, but they still have work to do if they are to climb away from relegation trouble this term. This will be one-way traffic, with Villa likely to pick up a comfortable win.

Betting tip: Aston Villa to win the match ($1.23)

Aston Villa to win 3-0

West Ham United vs Manchester United – London Olympic Stadium

West Ham United ($2.55)

Manchester United ($2.75)

Draw ($3.75)

West Ham United will be looking to take the game to struggling Manchester United from the outset here at the London Olympic Stadium. The Hammers are a side on the up under David Moyes and games such as this are very much their yard stick. Manchester United meanwhile dug deep to pinch a point at Liverpool, but they do look a little lost this season and in need of inspiration. This should be a very good game in East London, with a draw the most likely outcome.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.75)

1-1 Draw

Nottingham Forest vs Bournemouth – City Ground

Nottingham Forest ($2.80)

Bournemouth ($2.50)

Draw ($3.60)

With Steve Cooper having been shown the door at Nottingham Forest, change looks to be on the horizon and the first game of the post-Cooper era is against Bournemouth. Forest are struggling somewhat in the Premier League, and they will be eager to start a resurgence of sorts here. Bournemouth meanwhile having been flying in recent weeks and they will see this as another chance to hurt a relegation rival. This should be a good one, with a draw potentially on the cards.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.60)

2-2 Draw

Tottenham vs Everton – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Tottenham ($1.84)

Everton ($4.20)

Draw ($4.20)

Tottenham will be hoping to keep their good run of form going, as they take on another in-form side in Everton. Spurs are finding their way once more in the Premier League and they look to have a decent shot of at least a top 4 finish this term. Everton meanwhile are flying up the league, despite their 10-point deduction and Sean Dyche’s men look well placed to avoid the drop this term. Everton will push Tottenham here, but Spurs should prevail at home.

Betting tip: Tottenham to win the match ($1.84)

Tottenham to win 3-1

Fulham vs Burnley – Craven Cottage

Fulham ($1.70)

Burnley ($5.20)

Draw ($4.10)

Fulham take on Burnley, as they look to continue their good run of form at home. The Cottagers are a side challenging for a top half finish this term and they reached the last 4 of the Carabao Cup in midweek. Burnley meanwhile are battling for their lives at the foot of the Premier League table, and they will arrive in West London with a gameplan to stop Fulham playing. This will be a good one, which Fulham should win at home.

Betting tip: Fulham to win the match ($1.70)

Fulham to win 3-0

Luton Town vs Newcastle United – Kenilworth Road

Luton Town ($5.50)

Newcastle United ($1.67)

Draw ($4.75)

Luton Town take on Newcastle United in what should be a super game at Kenilworth Road. The Hatters will still be processing the loss of Tom Lockyer, who collapsed on the field of play last weekend and they will want to produce a result for their captain. Newcastle meanwhile crashed out of both the Champions League and Carabao Cup in the past two weeks and now need to prioritise their Premier League campaign. This will be a belter, with Newcastle surely having too much quality where it matters.

Betting tip: Newcastle United to win the match ($1.67)

Newcastle United to win 3-1

Liverpool vs Arsenal – Anfield

Liverpool ($2.43)

Arsenal ($3)

Draw ($3.60)

The battle of two champions elect takes place at Anfield, as Liverpool take on Arsenal. Both sides are seemingly in pole position to win the Premier League title this year and they will want to damage the other side’s chances as much as possible. Goals look guaranteed here too, between two sides that don’t die wondering but Liverpool are an excellent side at home, and they should get the better of Arsenal when it matters here.

Betting tip: Liverpool to win the match ($2.43)

Liverpool to win 2-1

Wolves vs Chelsea – Molineux

Wolves ($3.90)

Chelsea ($2.02)

Draw ($40)

Wolves will be doing all they can to pull away from relegation trouble, as they take on Chelsea. For the hosts, this is a game they will be hoping they can continue their good home form in and they should feel full of confidence coming into this one. Chelsea meanwhile booked their place in the last 4 of the Carabao Cup in midweek, a result that felt important for the blues this term. This should be a good one, with Chelsea most likely to come out on top.

Betting tip: Chelsea to win the match ($2.02)

Chelsea to win 2-1
