EPL Week 16 Predictions

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool – Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace ($5.50)

Liverpool ($1.62)

Draw ($4.60)

Crystal Palace will be relishing the chance to have a crack at the big boys, as they take on Liverpool. Roy Hodgson’s Palace haven’t hit their stride this season, but they are always tough to play against and they carry plenty of goal threat. Liverpool meanwhile look to be up for the challenge this season and a second Premier League title in 33 years looks to be within their grasp. This will be a tight one, but Liverpool should come out on top in East London.

Betting tip: Liverpool to win the match ($5.50)

Liverpool to win 3-1

Wolves vs Nottingham Forest – Molineux

Wolves ($2.05)

Nottingham Forest ($4.20)

Draw ($3.62)

Two sides who are perhaps in the relegation mix if they are not careful do battle, as Wolves take on Nottingham Forest. Wolves continue to plug away in the league, without necessarily getting the points they deserve but games like this are their target areas. Nottingham Forest meanwhile are a side who seriously lack consistency, but they can be enigmatic on their day and are capable of beating anyone. This is very tough to call and perhaps a draw will be the result at Molineux.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.62)

1-1 Draw

Sheffield United vs Brentford – Bramall Lane

Sheffield United ($5.10)

Brentford ($1.71)

Draw ($4.20)

Beleaguered Sheffield United take on Brentford, in what could be a huge game within their season. The Blades are rooted to the bottom of the table and look to have their work seriously cut out if they are to stay in the Premier League this season. Brentford meanwhile have continued to improve under Thomas Frank, and they will be looking at this season as a chance to break the top 10, or potentially go even better. This should be a good one, with the Bees most likely to come out on top in South Yorkshire.

Betting tip: Brentford to win the match ($1.71)

Brentford to win 2-0

Manchester United vs Bournemouth – Old Trafford

Manchester United ($1.63)

Bournemouth ($5.30)

Draw ($4.33)

Manchester United welcome Bournemouth in what should be a very good game at Old Trafford. The Red Devils can’t seem to generate any sort of consistency in terms of performances and results, but they remain a threat to anybody they play. Bournemouth meanwhile look to have clicked in recent weeks and they have enjoyed some good results against Newcastle United and Aston Villa. Calling this one should be straight forward, with Manchester United likely to prevail.

Betting tip: Manchester United to win the match ($1.63)

Manchester United to win 3-1

Brighton vs Burnley – AMEX Stadium

Brighton ($1.54)

Burnley ($6.10)

Draw ($5.10)

Brighton host Burnley, as they look to get back to winning ways at home. The Seagulls have been huffing and puffing of late but remain a very good side and they have aspirations of playing European football once again next season. Burnley meanwhile thrashed Sheffield United last weekend but they need to start picking up points in games such as these in order to stay up. This should be all about Brighton though, who look good enough to prevail here.

Betting tip: Brighton to win the match ($1.54)

Brighton to win 3-1

Aston Villa vs Arsenal – Villa Park

Aston Villa ($3.45)

Arsenal ($2.15)

Draw ($3.95)

Arsenal will be taking their top of the table record to Aston Villa, as they look to put more distance between themselves and the chasing pack. Villa are an exciting side, currently sat in the top 4 and whilst they have some doubters, they are capable of challenging in games such as this. Arsenal meanwhile are full of confidence this term and look destined to win the Premier League title. This will be a good game, but Arsenal are one of the best sides in Europe and they will prevail here.

Betting tip: Arsenal to win the match ($2.15)

Arsenal to win 3-1

Everton vs Chelsea – Goodison Park

Everton ($3.57)

Chelsea ($2.17)

Draw ($3.70)

Relegation threatened Everton will be looking to do all they can to pull away from trouble, as they take on Chelsea. The 10-point deduction incurred as hit Everton, but they responded in style to win at Nottingham Forest last time out. Chelsea meanwhile overcame Brighton last time out in an entertaining game, but they have been so inconsistent at times this season. This is a tough one to call but Chelsea will perhaps just be able to get over the line here.

Betting tip: Chelsea to win the match ($2.17)

Chelsea to win 2-1

Luton Town vs Manchester City – Kenilworth Road

Luton Town ($19)

Manchester City ($1.18)

Draw ($9.40)

Champions Manchester City are very much under the pump and Luton Town will be looking to take the game to them here. The Hatters fear absolutely nobody, and they will have a real crack into the blues in this one. City meanwhile won’t be flapping at this early stage in the season, but they aren’t at their best currently and they do look to be more vulnerable than they have been in recent times. City will be up for this, but Luton could catch them cold and pick up a point.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($9.40)

1-1 Draw

Fulham vs West Ham United – Craven Cottage

Fulham ($2.65)

West Ham United ($2.81)

Draw ($3.60)

Two London sides go at it as Fulham take on West Ham at Craven Cottage. Fulham have been plucky in recent weeks without necessarily picking up the results they deserve, and they will be doing all they can to change that here. West Ham meanwhile can tell a similar story, but they do have plenty of goals within their ranks this term. Another tough game to call in West London and a score draw could well be on the cards.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.60)

1-1 Draw

Tottenham vs Newcastle United – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Tottenham ($2.40)

Newcastle United ($2.89)

Draw ($4)

Two more teams looking to break the top 4 picture face off, as Tottenham take on Newcastle United. Spurs have been enigmatic this season and their famous 3-3 draw with Manchester City last time out will live long in the memory. Newcastle United meanwhile had too much for Manchester United last weekend and whilst their home form has been good, they have been pretty poor on the road. This will be a great game, with a high scoring draw potentially on the cards.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($4)

2-2 Draw
