Champions League Matchday 3 Predictions

Galatasaray vs Bayern Munich

Galatasaray ($6.50)

Bayern Munich ($1.50)

Draw ($5.10)

Following their superb win over Manchester United, Galatasaray take on another European giant in Bayern Munich. The Turkish side know that a result here could mean a huge step towards the last 16 but Bayern should be too strong in this one.

Betting tip: Bayern Munich to win the match ($1.50)

Bayern Munich to win 3-1

Inter Milan vs Red Bull Salzburg

Inter Milan ($1.35)

Red Bull Salzburg ($10)

Draw ($5.70)

2023 runners up Inter Milan will be desperate to sustain another serious challenge this season, as they welcome Red Bull Salzburg. Inter sit top of the group and can stretch their advantage with a win here, whilst Salzburg need a response after losing their first two games of the group but Inter should win at the San Siro.

Betting tip: Inter Milan to win the match ($1.35)

Inter Milan to win 2-0

Benfica vs Real Sociedad

Benfica ($2.15)

Real Sociedad ($3.65)

Draw ($3.60)

It is Portugal vs Spain as Benfica host Real Sociedad, in what should be an epic encounter. Two defeats have left Benfica on the brink, but they remain one of the most dangerous sides around. Real Sociedad meanwhile look to be coping with the rigours of Champions League football and they could have too much about them for Benfica here.

Betting tip: Real Sociedad to win the match ($3.65)

Real Sociedad to win 2-1

Braga vs Real Madrid

Braga ($6.50)

Real Madrid ($1.52)

Draw ($4.90)

Braga host Real Madrid, in another Spain vs Portugal match up. Braga showed real heart against Union Berlin, picking up their first win of their Champions League campaign but Real Madrid are a different proposition, and they should come out on top on the road here.

Betting tip: Real Madrid to win the match ($1.52)

Real Madrid to win 3-1

Lens vs PSV

Lens ($2.40)

PSV ($3.05)

Draw ($3.60)

Lens will be looking to back up their win over Arsenal, as they take on PSV. The French outfit were good value for their win over the Gunners and whilst PSV should be a tough nut to crack, this could be another important win for Lens.

Betting tip: Lens to win the match ($2.40)

Lens to win 2-1

Sevilla vs Arsenal

Sevilla ($4.65)

Arsenal ($1.85)

Draw ($3.95)

Arsenal will be looking to get their Champions League campaign back on track, as they travel to Spain to take on Sevilla. The Europa League specialists, Sevilla have been in fine fettle for the past few seasons, but Arsenal should be an order to tall in this one.

Betting tip: Arsenal to win the match ($1.85)

Arsenal to win 2-1

Manchester United vs FC Copenhagen

Manchester United ($1.40)

Galatasaray ($9)

Draw ($5.20)

Manchester United have it all to do if they are to reach the last 16 and they take on a plucky FC Copenhagen outfit. United have lost their first two games in the group and Copenhagen will make this tough but Old Trafford should be appeased with the result here.

Betting tip: Manchester United to win the match ($1.40)

Manchester United to win 3-1

Union Berlin vs Napoli

Union Berlin ($3.80)

Napoli ($2.05)

Draw ($3.75)

The romance surrounding the appearance of Union Berlin in the Champions League is starting to wear off somewhat and they take on a Napoli that will smell blood here. This should be a good game to watch, with Napoli potentially running riot in the German capital.

Betting tip: Napoli to win the match ($2.05)

Napoli to win 4-1

Barcelona vs Shakhtar Donetsk

Barcelona ($1.17)

Shakhtar Donetsk ($21)

Draw ($9)

Barcelona will be looking to continue their unbeaten start in Group H, as they take on Shakhtar Donetsk. The Ukrainian outfit showed their resolve to overcome Antwerp last time out, but this is a much bigger test and Barcelona should prevail here.

Betting tip: Barcelona to win the match ($1.17)

Barcelona to win 3-1

Feyenoord vs Lazio

Feyenoord ($1.91)

Lazio ($4.10)

Draw ($3.65)

Two European heavyweights go at it as Feyenoord welcome Lazio. The Dutch side have impressed so far in the Champions League and look as if they could trouble a few of the big boys but Lazio could dig in deep here and pick up a point.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.65)

1-1 Draw

Antwerp vs FC Porto

Antwerp ($3.78)

FC Porto ($2.15)

Draw ($3.60)

Antwerp will be looking to get to grips with the Champions League this season, as they take on Porto. It has been a steep learning curve thus far for the Belgian outfit and Porto should sense a chance here to pick up another big three points.

Betting tip: FC Porto to win the match ($2.15)

FC Porto to win 3-1

Celtic vs Atletico Madrid

Celtic ($3.70)

Atletico Madrid ($2.05)

Draw ($3.75)

Atletico Madrid will be stepping into the Devil’s lair, as they travel to Celtic Park. The hosts need somewhat of a miracle to qualify and whilst they will be up for the fight, Atletico should have way too much quality for them here.

Betting tip: Atletico Madrid to win the match ($2.05)

Atletico Madrid to win 3-1

Newcastle United vs Borussia Dortmund

Newcastle United ($1.87)

Borussia Dortmund ($4.50)

Draw ($3.90)

Following their big win over PSG, Newcastle United will take on Borussia Dortmund looking for another sizeable European scalp. Toon are starting to tick in both Europe and the Premier League and whilst Dortmund will be a tough nut to crack, Eddie Howe’s men should get it done here.

Betting tip: Newcastle United to win the match ($1.87)

Newcastle United to win 2-1

PSG vs AC Milan

PSG ($1.87)

AC Milan ($4.60)

Draw ($3.90)

PSG will need to reignite their Champions League campaign, as they face a tricky operation in AC Milan. PSG have been good at home and always look to bang the goals in but AC Milan are yet to concede a goal in this year’s competition. This should be tight, but PSG should get it done.

Betting tip: PSG to win the match ($1.87)

PSG to win 2-1

RB Leipzing vs Crvena Zvezda

RB Leipzig ($1.26)

Crvena Zvezda ($12)

Draw ($7.10)

German giants RB Leipzig host Red Star Belgrade, looking to get back to winning ways after losing out to Manchester City. Leipzig had their moments against the holders and a repeat performance here should see them get the job done.

Betting tip: RB Leipzig to win the match ($1.26)

RB Leipzig to win 3-1

Young Boys vs Manchester City

Young Boys ($17)

Manchester City ($1.24)

Draw ($7.60)

Manchester City will be looking to make it three wins from three, as they take on Young Boys. City have saved their best stuff for the Champions League this season and a win here would see them all but through to the last 16, something they should manage here.

Betting tip: Manchester City to win the match ($1.24)

Manchester City to win 3-1
